Here is the answer

We know that,

 \bf{Circumference = 2πr}

Therefore,

 \bf{= 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 3.5}

 \bf{2 \times \frac{22}{ \sout7} \times \sout{3.5} \: 0.5}

 \bf {= 2 \times 22 \times 0.5}

 \bf{ = 44 \times 0.5}

 \bf{= 2.2 \: cm}

Hence,
The circumference of the circle is 2.2 cm.
