Circumference= 2πr
where r is radius which is 9/2 cm
so,
2 x 22/7 x 9/2
198/7 cm.

since the diameter of the circle is 9 cm ..
therefore the radius of the circle will be 9÷2 =4.5
circumference of the circle = 2pie r
= 2×22/7 × 4.5= 28.28 ....
