Actually, it depends.

Explanation:

The color of the flame depends on several factors like black body radiation,spectral band emission, TYPE OF FUEL USED,etc.

But for commonly used hydrocarbon fuel , most important factor is oxygen.

1) air hole closed

2) air hole slightly open

3) air hole half open

4) air hole almost fully open (this is the roaring blue flame)

So in this case we can say the color of flame will be blue, when oxygen supply is maximum.
