when lead nitrate is heated it decomposes to give lead oxide, nitrogen dioxide and oxygen.
The colour of NO2 released is brown so the answer is brown

brown colour is evolved when lead nitrate is heated
it gets decomposition reaction and PbO, NO₂ and NO₃ gases are released.
