I think u mean coulomb law

so, Coulomb's law states that: the magnitude of the electrostatic force of attraction or repulsion between two points charges is directly proportional to the product of the magnitudes of charges and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. The force is along the straight line joining them

A law stating that like charges repel and opposite charges attract, with a force proportional to the product of the charges and invercily proportional to the square of the distance between them.
