Common Difference better known by 'd'

Can be found by the formula

 \tt a_n - a_{n-1}=d

So we can also find it by finding the first and second term

So,

 \tt a_2 - a_{2-1}=d \\ \\ \tt \Rightarrow a_2-a_1=d

Now finding first term

So,

First term is

2x+3

= 2(1)+3

=5

And second term is

2x+3

= 2(2)+3

7

Common Difference

= 7-5

= 2
