Hello,

The series goes like this
6, 12, 24, 48, 96

Now ,
Taking first two terms and then next two and so on.

6 and 12

Finding ratio
 \frac{6}{12}  =  \frac{1}{2}
Ratio is 1:2

Similarly next two terms

12 and 24

Finding ratio

 \frac{12}{24}  =  \frac{1}{2}
Ratio is 1 :2

Similarly next two terms

24 and 48

Finding ratio

 \frac{24}{48}  =  \frac{1}{2}
Ratio is 1 :2

Similarly next two terms

48 and 96

Finding ratio

 \frac{48}{96}  =  \frac{1}{2}

The ratio is 1:2

So,

The common ratio of the terms is equal to 1:2.

Hope this will be helping you.....
