acetate buffer : a strong base ( sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide) are added
preparation:
=>take 800 ml of distilled water in a container
=>add the sodium acetate( anhydrous) to the solution
=>add acetic acid to the solution
=> adjust the solution
according to the pH
acetate made up of cellulose acetate fiber ( biopolymer)
