What is the concentration of sugar in mol/l, if its 20g are dissolved in enough water to make a final volume top 2l?

Molecular mass of sugar(C12H22O11)=12*12+22*1+11*16
=342g

Molarity of the solution=(weight of solute[sugar]×1000)÷(molecular mass of sugar× volume of solution in ml)

=(20×1000)÷(342×2000)
= 0.029 mol/l


Concentration=0.029 M
