It demand a constitution that guaranteed all the people of India - justice, social, economic and political equality, equal opportunity , freedom of thought , expression, faith , worship , belief , association , vocation and action subject to law and public morality .it is a conclusion of fundamental rights .

The fundamental rights are those rights that are provided by the Constitution of a nation. Any of the government or authority cannot dissolve these rights. These are the rights given to people to protect their interests. The Indian Constitution has also provided with some of the fundamental rights to every citizen, irrespective of their caste, class, birth, gender and religion etc.
