What is the condition that a1x + b1y + c1= 0 and a2x +b2y + c2=0, a1 ^2+ b1^2 is not equal to 0
and a2 ^2+ b2^2 is not eqal to 0, will have infinitely many solutions?​

 \frac{a1}{a2}  =  \frac{b1}{b2}  =  \frac{c1}{c2}
