Answer:

for linear equation of two variable and one constant

a1x+b1y+c1 = 0

a2x+b2y+c2 = 0

condition for that the line intersect each other is

1.a1/a2 not equal to b1/ b2

if these intersect at one point having unique solution

2. a1/a2 = b1/b2 = c1/c2

if these intereect at infinite point or when lines are coinicident .

note :- if in question specify that lines have unique solution then apply condition one only.
