Answer:

(1+i)2/(1-i) = (1+i)2(1+i)/(1-i)(1+i)

= (1+2i-1)(1+i)/(1–1)

= 2i(1+i)/2

= (2i-2)/2

= (-1+i)

Conjugate is -1-i.

Hence option (4) is the answer.
