The connecting between prokaryotes and eukaryotes is Mesokaryotes, i.e, Protista.

Mesokaryotes means which resembles eukaryotes and prokaryotes.

It resembles eukaryotes in terms of similarity in nucleus which is very well organised and is like prokaryotes in terms of divison of nucleus.
