If all platelets are removed from the blood then the blood will continue to fall from the site of injury and soon blood's quantity will decrease so much that the RBC's( the cells which carry oxygen throughout of our body) present in our body will decrease extensively. This will cause organs a great deal of harm as they need energy to work and this energy forms in the mitochondria of the cell which will flow out of our body. As soon our heart and other organs stop functioning we will die.
