What is the consequences of a country becoming the member of the nuclear suppliers group.?

first of all it's very proud for us having the status symbol of nuclear supplier, which show or potential that we r not but as we all know every face have two parts white and black...it's black which means consequences may occurs having the thread of neighbor countries and also one of major factor of consequence is air Pollution.
