- Sieve tubes-These are the tubular living cell with perforated end walls.
- Companion cell- They are the living cells,which take part in loading and unloading of sugar into the sieve element.
- Phloem fibers-They are the living cells and provide strength to the stem.
- phloem parenchyma-These are the non-living ,schlerenchymatic cells .
