For me India is like a "thali" with so many cultures and sects being different dishes in a South Indian Thali.

Constitution provide a common base that makes it all possible, that unites, that integrates all of India, with its vast cultural diversity.

The Constitution of India is the supreme law of India. It lays down the framework explaining basic political principles, establishes the structure, processes, powers, and duties of government associations, and sets out the responsibilities of citizens, directive principles, and fundamental rights. It's the longest written constitution of any sovereign nation on earth, including 448 posts in 5 appendices, 12 schedules, 25 parts and 98 amendments. Aside from the English version, there is an official Hindi translation. Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar is widely regarded as the father of the Indian Constitution. The Constitution follows parliamentary system of government along with the executive is directly responsible to legislature. Article 74 provides that there shall be a Prime Minister of India as the head of government. Unlike the Prime Minister, ceremonial functions are largely performed by the President. The Constitution of India is national in nature. Each State and each Union territory of India have their own authorities..

So all these features of our Constitution helps to keep our culture together. and create India as a  "thali" with different cultures.

hope this helps you pls mark as best
