Here coordinate covalent bond is from N to O atom.

This we can easily check by formal charges on the respective atom.

+1 on N implies it is donating electron

and -1 on O implies it is accepting electron.

We can decide which atom will take electron or donate it on the basis of electronegativity of both the elements.More electronegative element have tendency to accept electrons.

Here EN of O ≈3.5

and EN of N ≈3

So oxygen is more electronegative which implies it will take electron.
