Step-by-step explanation:

6/(7/8)= 6*8/7=48/7

(6/7)/8= 6/(7*8)= 3/28

Now make 48/7 and 3/28 like fractions

ie, 48/7=192/28

and 3/28 =3/28

Now subtract 192/8 and 3/28 = 189/28

Now divide 189/28 and you'll get 6 21/28

ie, 6 3/4

Hope it's clear..

6/(7/8) is 6*8//7=>48/7

(6/7)/8 is 6/7*8=>6/56

so, we have to find 48/7-6/56

The LCM will be 56.

multiply numerator and denominator of the first one by 8.

48*8/7*8 - 6/56

384/56-6/56

(384-6)/56

378/56

27/4

6 3/4 is the answer in mixed fraction.

So B is the correct option.
