A lot of people suffer from hypermetropia without even knowing it, because the eye automatically compensate this defect. The main cause for this defect is the insufficiente eye lenght. Hypermetropia is a defect of vision that causes the impossibility for rays of light to be focused on the retina, but behind it. Both Myopia (short-sightedness) and Hypermetropia (long-sightedness) are common eye conditions that are occur when light does not focus on the retina of the eye. Both conditions are easily corrected using prescription glasses or contact lenses or in mild cases by laser eye surgery.

Hello!

✍️Hyperopia can be corrected with:

  • Eyeglasses,
  • Contact lenses
  • Surgery

✍️Contact Lenses work by becoming:

  • The first refractive surface for light rays entering the eye, causing a more precise refraction or focus.

Thank you!❤
