the criteria of the world Bank to categorise the countries is per capita income ... this is the answer of first part of question ....and please write the second part of this question correctly....

The world Bank classifies countries into four groups.
World bank only uses average income to classify countries.
Countries with average income $ 1216 or above are classified as rich income countries.
Countries with average income $1035 or less are classified as poor income countries.
Others are classified as rich middle class or poor middle class.
