Despite  being an important member of the European Union, Poland has still not adopted the Euro as it's currency. Currently, they use the Polish Złoty (literally meaning of Zloty is Gold)
Before this, poland has used a number of various currencies including the Polish Mark in the 14th century and grosz later on.
According to the EU terms and conditions, Poland will eventually need to replace the Zloty with the Euro in the near future. Polish government has said that such a change will only occur after 2020
