- Mainly lead-zinc industry, cement industry, marble industry, handicraft industry, salt and chemical industry and cotton textile industry are prevalent in Rajasthan.
- Lead-zinc industry is established in Udaipur and Chittorgarh. Rajasthan accounts for about 95% of the country's lead and zinc.
- Rajasthan is also number one in cement production and has large cement factories in Nimbahera, Chittorgarh, Bundi, Kota, Sawai-Madhopur, Udaipur, Nagaur, Pali, Sirohi etc. Rajasthan produces about 16% of the total cement of the entire country.
- Handicrafts industry is done in Rajasthan to carve gems, jewelery work in Jaipur Pratapgarh, Nathdwara etc. Apart from this, lacquer goods and bangles industry are very popular in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur.
