Answer:

Dictatorship :

One guy with guns will overpower everyone. While he is at it he will order other 9 to light a fire and cook the meal for him. No one else has a say in what will happen with the bread. "The one" can even flush it in a drain and no one will say a word. The one is a dictator !

Communism :

There is one guy who belongs to a group of decision makers. The people from that group choose who will be their head among themselves. No one else has the right to form a group that can make decisions. Since he is the only one from the deciding group, he is "the one" who is supposed to do the distribution. Whatever he says is right. If others don't agree, they can present their opinion. Decision won't change but the one with a different opinion will soon start liking the decision. The one here is head of the Communist group.

Democracy :

Everyone wants a piece of the bread but everyone feels he deserves more than others for reasons known only to him. So they vote among themselves to decide who should make the decision. The cunning of the lot make huge promises to other even going to the extent of telling that they will give them more than others if selected as decision makers. Others fall for their promises and choose them as decision makers. From that day onwards the bread crumbs go missing from the bread and no one knows where they go. Every group blames other for it and no one is willing to do anything. The people who chose them start dying of hunger. Welcome to democracy !!
