Non-uniform motion can be defined as body covered unequal distance in equal intervals of time. For example :- A car with acceleration is a non-uniform motion.

Almost everything you see has non-uniformmotion—that is, they don’t have a constant velocity (stable movement in one direction) due to other forces working upon them.

The force of your arm throwing a ball, the force of an engine moving a car, the force of gravity pulling everything towards the Earth and in turn pulling the Earth towards the Sun—all these forces cause things to have non-uniformmovement.

Non uniform motion is when an object travels unequal distances in equal periods of time.

i.e. the object travels at different rates at different times (acceleration).

e.g. Think of a car driving to work, you stop at red lights, slow down at yellow lights, speed up for longer stretches on the highway, the motion is not consistent throughout the whole journey, it varies.
