gaseous state or vapour state is a state of matter which is obtained by heating a liquid up till it's boiling point or leaving a sublimate at room temperature
it has least force of attraction between its particles
it has most spaces between its particles
it can be compressed easily
it does not have a fixed shape and volume
it fills its container completely
it can flow so it is a fluid
hope this helps

Gaseous state is a state of matter where the inner molecular attraction power is quite low than solid or liquid. When we hit a liquid , it turns in to vapor.
