The kinetic energy possed by due to random motion of particle inside the body is termed as heat.
Where as
Determination of transfere of heat b/w two bodies when they are kept in contact is termed as temperature

Heat is the form of energy on gaining which a body becomes hotter and on losing which a body becomes colder.
Temperature is defined as the thermal condition which determines the direction of flow of heat heat is the cause and temperature is the effect.
