\textbf{\underline{\underline{Secularism : }}} Secularism is a political identity that means not to maintain faith in any religion. But the Indian constitution defines secularism as maintaining equal faith and giving equal respect to all the religions. This is a better definition of \textbf{Secularism} given by Indian constitution makers. They defined secularism is such a way because of the political situation occurred in the country. At time of independence the country had to face a partition on the base of religious diversity. To avoid such a condition in future the did so and this works. This unique definition helped in maintaining the country's unity in diversity.
