Sterilization is defined as the act of making something free of any form of living microorganisms and/or pathogens such as bacteria. This process can be carried out in two ways. One way to do this is to threat the concerned object or surface using chemicals. The other way is to subject the object or surface to high heat or radiation using boiling liquid, dry heat and steam.
