If p(x) =
 \sqrt{7}
This means there is no variable OR it is multiplied by 1.
As we know that
x ^{0}  = 1
Therefore,
Its degree is 0.

Hope this will help you.

we \: can \: expess \: it \: as \:  \sqrt{7}  {x}^{0}  \\ now \: you \: can \: see \: that \: the \: degree \: is \: 0 \\ or \: we \: can \: easily \: say \: that \: it \: is \: a \: constant \: polynomial \: so \: the \: degree \: is \: 0

mateenmushrif04: thanks you too for helping me
Shardul27: Your most welcome
