The SI unit of time is seconds and time is a base quantity along with length and mass. Hence, it's unit cannot be derived and instead other units such as of speed, velocity, force,etc. are derived in its terms.

There are two types of units namely fundamental and derived units. Quantities like force, momentum, velocity, acceleration are derived units since they can be found using formulae. However, quantities like mass, length(distance) and time have their own existence and are call the fundamental units. They can be used to represent the dimensional formula of any derived quantity suppose force has M^1 L^1 T^-2 as its dimensional formula. Time is not a derived quantity, hence it would not have a derived unit. The S.I unit of this quantity is second which is even the C.G.S and F.P.S units of this quantity.
