Babur was the original founder of Mughal Empire n India in 1526. Nizam or, especially, the Nizam-ul-Mulk of Hyderabad, was the name of the monarchs of Hyderabad, since 1724, which pertains to the Asaf Jah dynasty. "Mughal" is a class, while "Nizam" was a title relevant to only Hyderabadi sovereigns.
