A very low calorie diet (VLCD) is a diet that involves consuming less than containing less than 3350 kilojoules (800 calories) per day. While a VLCD can be an effective method of losing weight for some obese people, is it not a suitable or safe method for everyone.......

Diet :-

• plenty of fruit and vegetables.

• plenty of potatoes, bread, rice, pasta and other starchy foods (ideally you should choose wholegrain varieties)

• some milk and dairy foods.

• some meat, fish, eggs, beans and other non-dairy sources of protein.

• just small amounts of food and drinks that are high in fat and sugar.
