What is the difference among sedimentation,decantation and filtration?

in decantation the mixture is left undisturbed for sometime and then the liquid is poured to the other vessel without disturbing the sediments whereas in case of filtration the mixture is not left undisturbed for sediments to settle down the mixture is just poured in the vessel to the filter paper
