The difference between Guthi, Bheja and Badghar is that Guthi organization is used to maintain social-economic order in new community, Bheja organization is used to maintain social economic order in Magar community where as Badghar is a traditional custom in Tharu community in tterai.

In Guthi senior member of this community is called as Guthighar, In Bheja senior member of this community is called as Mukhiya where as in Badghar it is known as the name itself Badghar. Similarities between these are that, all three communities are the social organization who worked for the people and in all three communities there is one senior most member.
