Baking powder:

- Used in bakery products like bread and cake to make it soft and spongy.
- Prepared when tartaric acid is added to baking soda.
Baking soda:
- Has only 1 ingredient - Sodium bicarbonate .
- Reacts immediately with acids.
- Used in kitchen to make tasty Crispy pakoras and added for faster cooking.
- It is a alkaline.
- We can prepare baking powder by adding tartaric acid to baking soda
Although, baking soda is much more stronger than baking powder.
