Differences:
Land means a place, while a soil refers to one of the parts of land.
Land is immobile and for soil vice versa.
Land has vast benefits, while soil is beneficial only in a limited way.

soil is that elemant of earth which is present on the land it is the natural resoure which is not fixed but land is a fixed renawable resources on the earth
