What is the difference betweeen carriage in and carriage out for a business

Carrage in refers to cost of transporting goodsinto business to supplier ,as well the cost of transporting goods for a business to it's custamer where as corrage out is the shipping and handling cost incurred by a campany that is sipping goods to a customer
