1. Tangible asset means ...which we can touch and feel.

Intangible means...which we can feel.

2. Current assets ...these assets are held for the purpose of converting them into cash within the period of one year. eg. cash , bank , stock , debtors.

Fixed assets these are the assets which are purchased , not for sale but are held for long term point of view for facilitating business operations. eg. machinery , good will , copy rights, land , building.
