constant means to stay at a same value or point or something. uniform means to increase or decrease by a constant value.

Here constant defines that some thing has same fixed value for a long time ,but the uniform refers to the value that is increasing or decreasing with a fixed interval or cycles

see u always remember that constant is such a value that never changes for any graph,ratio or proportion, but uniform is a value that continuously increases or decreases with a fixed interval of function.... e.g. value of pi is always constant but the graph of linear equation is always uniform and straight
