Convex lens is transparent while convex lens is opaque
Convex lens refracts light while convex mirror reflects light
Convex lens converges light rays while convex mirror diverges light rays
Convex lens is used in spectacles for hypermetropia or long sightedness while convex mirror is used in rare mirror of the vehicles

hey well sorry to say but 1,4 for covex lensand 1,3 convex mirror are wrong because they vary for different conditions
