Eukaryotic cells contain membrane-bound organelles, including a nucleus. Eukaryotes can be single-celled or multicelled, such as you, me, plants, fungi, and insects. Bacteria are an example ofprokaryotes. Prokaryotic cells do not contain a nucleus or any other membrane-bound organelle.

Cell size is generally small.
Nuclear region called nucleoid and not surrounded by a nuclear membrane.
Only a single chromosome is present.
Nucleolous is absent.
Membrane bound cell organelles are absent.
Cell division is by fission or budding.
Eukaryotic Cell :-
Cell is generally large.
Nuclear material is surrounded by a nuclear membrane.
More than one chromosome are present.
Nucleolous is present.
Cell organelles is bounded by membrane and are present.
Cell division is by meiotic.
