A shopkeeper sells his goods in a shop. A hawker does not have a permanent place to sell his goods. He can sell them at a weekly market or on a roadside stall.

shopkeeper has a proper place to sell and people go to the shop to buy stuff
but in the case of hawker he sells stuff by shouting and going to the people himself
