What is the difference between a mole and a molecule and what is a significant figure?

A mole in chemistry is nothing but a number .
it's value is 6.02×10^23.

A molecule is a compound formed by some atoms like H2O .
In H2O there are 3 atoms and it is called a molecule

Significant figure means all the numbers .
For example, in 36.008
There are 5 significant figure
Decimal is not counted .
