Difference between neighbour and friend.

Neighbour is someone who lives nearby our area of residence. They are the ones who are first to be of assistance, in case of an accident or calamity. It is not necessarily possible, that all neighbours can be friends.

Friends are close to people and understand them. They can or cannot be neighbours. They are first to be of assistance in case of personal problems.
