What is the difference between 'a reward' and 'an incentive'? Do you
think incentive schemes are better than cash rewards? Why! Why not?

The difference between a reward and an incentive is meaning of reward is prizes and meaning of an incentive is to encourage.

Explanation:

by incentive and by reward both are helping someone so both are better becoz cash can help someone in making someone's future and incentive is also helping someone by encouraging their views and thoughts about their future.
