Tsunami comes in rural or Urban areas whereas the cyclone comes in rivers which raft very fast and destroy every thing..

cyclone is formed over Water and developed by the wind .whereas a Tsunami is also formed over Water but develop if there is an earthquake under the surface that is below the water
