zygote is the fertilized egg which develops into an embryo and embryo develops into a foetus

hey here is ur answer

zygote is unicellular , first stage , no parts are formed, soon after the fertilization
embryo is multicellular ,second stage, body parts are about to form, seen after 2-3 months
foetus is the baby in the mother's womb , last stage before the birth, all body can be visible clearly, seen before the pregnancy
