The abacus is a kind of calculator which is used for various jobs...like in india child from 1yr-2yrs play with it and learn basic counting....wihle in some parts of china abacus is still used for big calculations, etc......

vedic maths are some tricks which help u make ur calculations ...faster..!!!!!!!
